Cosmonauts in Space

Fantastic exhibition in the Science Museum visited last Friday. On display, the Vostok return capsule which brought back the first woman in space, Tereshkova (standing alongside).

The battered and scorched Russian Soyuz return capsule now the only means of transport to and from the International Space Station, Major Tim Peake will be transported back to Earth in one like this!

EuroVelo 2: London

With patience it is possible to safely cycle into the centre and towpaths are finally replaced with cycle paths. I doubt seriously that many touring cyclists could enjoy negotiating endless potholes and puddles on the towpaths.
